$85 per night, two night minimum stay
	$10 a person for more than six people, per night
	$500 for weekly rental
	$1600 for monthly rental
	$50 cleaning fee waived if cabin is cleaned and linens washed and replaced upon departure.
	One night's deposit required at booking and two week advance notice for cancellation.
